Pack 565 Families,

 

This is a reminder to swing by Eastminster Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, October 21, between 6 and 8 PM to turn in your order forms for popcorn.  Michelle will be there.

 

BRING YOUR CHECKBOOK!  You will need to pay for all popcorn ordered on Tuesday.  I’m sure you asked everyone to pay up front and are bringing their checks and cash.  However, inevitably, there is at least a little bit to make up for people you need to collect from later.  My advice is to not write the figure out in advance.  Michelle will double-check all the figures with you.  Her math is GOOD.  Our math is not so good.  That is why she is an accountant and we are not.

 

I would also recommend bringing your Cub Scout.  Why?  Michelle will tell you exactly what prize level your Cub Scout is eligible for.  It’s a complicated formula.  It includes neighborhood popcorn sales and show-and-sell popcorn.  If your Scout is there, he can figure out at the last minute what prize he wants.  Maybe you’re $29 short of the next prize level.  Maybe you want to order a couple more Unbelievable Butter packs.  That’s another reason to have your checkbook!

 

Quick review…

1)      Swing by Eastminster Church between 6:00 and 8:00 PM on Tuesday.

2)      Bring popcorn order forms.

3)      Bring all the popcorn checks and money.

4)      Bring your checkbook.

5)      Bring your Scout.

 

REMEMBER!  NO ORDER FORMS BY TUESDAY; NO POPCORN FOR ALL THE PEOPLE YOU TOOK ORDERS FROM.  And then you’d have to return all their money and the Pack would lose out.  If you can’t make it during that time frame, email Michelle Zimmerman right now!
