Popcorn - DUE TUES Oct 21 & last Show & Sell

Dear Parents -
Just a few more days before you turn in your popcorn sales!  We have one last show and sell opportunity for those scouts who are not camping this upcoming weekend - if interested, please sign up via  www.pack565ga.org/popcorn.   We are selling at Walmart off of Barrett Parkway by Town Center, Sat, Oct 18 from 10-6.  Please note that we will have to coordinate the popcorn to the opening person prior to Friday, as I will be camping with my scout!  For the person who closes, I will pick up from you on Sunday!

Order Form, Prize Selected AND ALL POPCORN MONEY is due next TUESDAY, OCT 21.
We are working on a location time and classroom at Eastminster. (Email to follow.)  Please note there are NO late exceptions - as we have a hard stop to submit.  IF you can't make this day/time, please make arrangements beforehand with Joseph Coles, jcthethird@yahoo.com, or myself, zaczim3@aol.com or michelle.zimmerman@us.ing.com.  ALL you will need to do is drop your form with Trail's End prize selected and include ALL the money due.  Thats it.

A gentle reminder to parents - there are two types of prizes that your child can get - Trails End (Vendor) prizes and Internal Pack Prizes. Take a look at what level your scout is at to see how close he is to getting to that next level's prize!  Vendor prizes can be viewed at
 www.trails-end.com.  Go to Scouts tab on the top and motivation link on the lefthand side.  As a reminder, we are asking that each scout's obtain the goal of $250 in sales and donations. 

Trails End - is popcorn sales only -
Level 1 - all scouts earn a popcorn patch or pin with one sale
Level 2 - $100 sales
Level 3 - $200 sales
Level 4 - $300 sales
Level 5 - $400 sales
Level 6 - $600 sales
Level 7 - $800 sales
Level 8 - $1100 sales
Level 9 - $1500 sales
Level 10 - $2000 sales
Level 11 - $2500 sales
Fill up your order form - special recognition
Sell $1500 or $2500 - special prizes from Atlanta Area Council

Pack Internal Prize - is a combination of sales + (donations x two) and is in addition to the vendor prizes
$250 - invitation to pizza party (your den may have additional incentives)
$500 - a pie to throw in a leader's face (the guys went wild last year!)
3rd place seller - $20 gift card to Walmart
2nd place seller - $30 gift card to Walmart
Top seller - $50 gift card to Walmart

Thank you to all the scouts and parents who worked a shift or announced their sales totals these past few weeks  - 53 scouts participated!  Please note - I will send you a separate email with your scouts current sales and donations counts from Show and Sell as of today's sale.  Please add the sales to the bottom row of your order form, and write at the very bottom the donation amount collected!

Thank you very much for supporting our Pack with this fundraiser, and for assisting Joseph and I meet the sales order deadlines!
