This is a reminder of our next Pack meeting this coming Tuesday, September 23rd at 6:30 PM. The theme is “A Camping We Will Go.” Dress will be the Class A uniforms (dress blues).
We’ll be psyching up for Fall Family Camping with some camping-themed competitions. Speaking of camping, the deadline for signing up for Fall Family Camping is fast approaching. If you would like to attend (Fall Family Camping is October 17-19), please bring your checkbook (or cash). This is basically your first and last chance to sign up for camping. We’ll take sign-ups until Sunday, September 28th, but you would need to bring your check by the Larsen house.
We’ll be collecting $10 for siblings who would like to participate in the activities. The fee for Cub Scouts is paid by the Pack. We’ll also be collecting for food. Food and cooking are provided; we’ll eat as a Pack. The cost for food is $10 per person for the whole weekend: three meals on Saturday and a continental breakfast on Sunday (Friday night will be on your own; stop somewhere on the way). INPORTANT NOTE: Fall Family Camping will be at Bert Adams this year! Sure as shooting, someone will drive up to Woodruff and miss us.
Also, bring your checkbook if you have not yet paid your $60 dues for the 2008/2009 school year.
Finally, we’ll have another touch-point on popcorn sales. When you arrive on Tuesday, let Michelle Z. know how much popcorn your Cub has sold so far. She has more prizes!
