Trail Mix — the perfect Christmas present for everyone!

We have a lot of leftover Trail Mix from Show & Sell events. To recoup some of the costs, we're offering the product at $10 per bag. Each 16-oz bag contains peanuts, raisins, M&Ms, almonds & cashews. If interested, you can purchase at the December pack meeting — or if you'd like to purchase before, please email to arrange pickup or delivery. 

ALLERGY NOTE: we will sell these at the END of the pack meeting as we have at least one Scout with a severe peanut allergy and we do not want any Scouts to open the trail mix during the meeting.

Volunteer to host Pinewood Derby Garage Days?

We need volunteers who will host/support Garage Days for the Pinewood Derby. We typically schedule two separate one-day events. If you can help, email

Bears are in charge of planning/running the Pinewood Derby event in January. 

Toy Drive at December Meeting

Tuesday, December 13, 6:30 at Eastminster

Deadline to sign up: December 1st
>> If your Scout is going to Space Camp, you must RSVP at the link below and pay before Dec 1st, either by earning the popcorn reward or submitting payment to Pack 565, to be included on the pack's reservation. See lists below for camp rewards qualifications.

Location: 1 Tranquility Base / Huntsville, AL / 35805

Cost - $129 per person, which includes lodging and food. Pack contribution towards each Scout's cost is based on the amount of Popcorn sold. Parent and sibling cost is $129/person.

Lodging: Accommodations are on site in "habitats" and are handicap accessible. There are rooms with 7 beds and bathrooms down the hall.

Transportation: Not funded by the Pack, but participants can carpool if they would like.
